I am 38 years old. I was circumcised 7 years ago. Now I want to restore my foreskin. Soft penis = 1/2 inch (sometimes my dick is not visible at all, like a eunuch), hard penis = 4.3 inches. Please tell me, is it possible to restore the foreskin? Where to start? Has anyone restored their foreskin?

Yes but it takes a long time .
I pumped mine for three hours every day for 6 months and it grew to cover my gland. Now after 10 years of pumping it changes down 2in when flaced.
