Yes, just wait for the bubbles to rise to the top of the syringe. Then screw on the needle and squeeze it out until no more air bubbles come out of the needle. It shouldn't take more then 20 minutes or so for all the air bubbles to come out. Then pull back the skin and inject underneath. You'd have to be insane to not be nervous. LOL. We are all quite literally performing surgical procedures in our kitchens and bathrooms lol.

God, thank you very much for answering, I was about to give up, I'm going to try injecting it directly with a 20 g needle instead of a catheter, it's really complicated

Re: My ky journey
well, finally I had to give up, I was trying to find the place to prick the needle and I made many holes but I didn't manage to inject anything because I got scared every time I was about to push, I think I only managed to inject 1 ml, I'll take it Like another allergy test, the hours went by and I was getting more and more nervous, so I think maybe it would be best to wait until tomorrow and try to use an IV infusion set, because with IV it usually doesn't cost me anything, no. I know why, start with the serum and once the skin is thicker try to change the pure serum for the mix, do you think the mixture will flow well through the perfusion equipment? Normally when I make saline it doesn't get that complicated

You don't need to do anything but inject it straight man. If you've already done the allergy test then there is nothing to worry about. Obviously everyone is different but the hard part is over. Every modification you make, every deviation you take from the most common routes of injection, you risk infection and complication. Next time, simply take the syringe, pull the plunger out. Place it upside down over the top of a tube of brand new surgilube and squeeze the surgilube tube into the syringe until it fills the syringe all the way to the end. Then place the stopper back in the syringe and gently squeeze until any air bubbles that got in the syringe from the bottom rise to the top. Simple. Set it on the counter needle side up and wait for any air bubbles to rise to the top. Once they do you can put the needle back on the syringe and squeeze the SL through the needle until you see the SL come out. You will then know that there is no air bubbles left to worry about.
There is only one place to put the needle my friend and that is under the skin. Pinch the skin of the area you wish to inject with both your index and thumb and lift the skin up so it looks like a teepee. Slide the needle parallel to the area you are injecting into until it is safely under the skin. If you are brand new and worried, pull back gently on the plunger to check for blood. If you see any then pull the needle back out a little bit and look again until you don't see any blood. If you aren't stabbing in crazy you'll be fine. I was seriously like you in the beginning panicking all the time and just needed other board members to calm me down and keep me collect and stress free. My hands shook for the first 30 injections or so until I got more and more comfortable with the fact that I was stabbing my penis with a needle. The nervousness and hand shaking is what causes a lot of the blood from ripped capillaries from the needle shaking back and forth while you're injecting. Just take deep breathes. This is a marathon, not a sprint. There is no race. Nice and slow injection, If you feel pain while placing the needle gently move it back and change the angle until you don't. You can also make smaller holes with a 22 or 23 gauge needle. I personally prefer a 22 gauge needle and have used it since my 4th injection.
I was scared and ran back here for advise after my first 4 injections each time. OMG i'm going to die! The bruising was crazy, the worrying was crazy, but in the end I learned it was going to be ok and your body knows what to do to heal you right up. I advocate against catheters unless you are really adept at injections(you don't sound like you are) they are complicated for no reason to someone new at this. Again simply fill up a regular needle and syringe and do your injections. That is my opinion only. No one can tell you what may or may not happen. But we've all been there at the beginning. You can look back on my previous posts to see bruising from me as well. Most of us here at one time or another have bruised up or hit a blood vessel and had to change out angle. Also don't be surprised after wards if when you get an erection the blood comes back out of the injection site from the SL pressure under the skin. That is normal as well.

Re: Mi viaje ky
I would like to try an injection of pure KY, so far I have tried saline and everything is fine, just a lot of itching in the scrotum the last few days, the first few days my only concern was that the bruises would disappear, it seems that it took about 5 days for the bruises to disappear completely. size of 30 ml of ky mixed with 100 of saline, I have read and a friend told me that to inject pure ky it is better to use a syringe 10 ml and an 18 g needle would not be difficult to inject, I just have doubts 1 How to check that I have not punctured a vein by performing the aspiration? 2 how to make it not turn out too purple The idea of using pure KY is so that the size lasts longer, I would like to make about 20 ml per side, that would be like 100 ml when it reaches its inflated size?

Re: My ky journey
Like I told you, you don't need to mix saline with the SL/KY and you don't need to use a huge ass 18 gauge needle. I inject it straight with a 22/23 gauge needle no problem all the time. You are messing around with the sterility by mixing the two in a bottle and then injecting your concoction by then sucking it back out of the bottle. Just fill the syringes from the sterile SL/KY tube(s) and let the air bubbles out before you screw the needles on the syringe. I am not sure if it is a language barrier or what but I've said the same thing to you now 2 or 3 times. Others here are going to tell you the same thing. If you don't want all those bruises and you don't want that big of a hole then don't use the 18 gauge needles, use even a 20 gauge needle if you are so insistent on using the larger bore needles.

Re: Mi viaje ky
Well, this technique of making the mixture was used by a friend who is a nurse and that is why the mixture remained sterile at all times, I did not have any problems, but I do want to try it pure so that it lasts much longer.
