Post by Pumper9009 »

Weird topic but awhile back I seen a post of people talking about kidney damage I was wondering does anybody else get foamy urine only after they pump because it's not foamy like it is after a pumping session

I don't think people's health is something that's funny but ok I thought this group was supportive and would try to put some knowledge into people's concerns

I would say yes, you are drawing more fluid away from your kidneys and lymph away from the lymphatic system. I have this issue but it may not be soley because of pumping. Also consider electrolytes because I have read drinking too much water without electrolytes can dehydrate and cause electrolyte imbalance. It might even help gains if taking electrolytes and water before and after pumping.

Wow, Paulyyyy is ignorant/thinks it’s a joke it seems. It’s a legitimate question they’re asking that they are concerned with. Supposed to be, as they said, supportive here. I however don’t have an answer for you buddy as this has never happened to me, wish I could be more helpful

You think it's just a dehydration issue that causes it?

A 10 second web search finds the following:

Foamy urine can have many causes, including:

Protein in the urine: Also known as proteinuria, this can be a sign of kidney disease, diabetes, lupus, or other conditions. It can also be caused by intense exercise, stress, fever, or exposure to cold temperatures.

Dehydration: When the body is dehydrated, urine becomes more concentrated and can foam.

Speed of urination: When the bladder is full, urine may hit the toilet faster than normal, causing bubbles.

Medications: Some medications, such as those used to treat hypertension, urinary tract infections, or chemotherapy, can cause foamy urine.

Toilet cleaning chemicals: Cleaning products in your toilet can cause foam to form.

Treatment for foamy urine depends on the underlying cause. For example, if dehydration is the cause, you can drink more clear fluids until your urine is pale yellow or nearly transparent.

It's a residual seminal fluid. Usually present from a previous ejaculation. Shouldn't be present after 1st peeing. If present after another another peeing, be concerned. Keep us informed.
