You need to bloat up, then walk around town, if you can wear your rubber ring will keep the bloat where it is

Thanks for that little tips you motivated me to resume daily pumping, and I even ordered hydratis and magnesium powder to follow your continuous example as his and if you still have advice to follow your course I am a buyer:D (I will share my results here)
