Base oval weight is 16oz
Second oval is 12oz
Two circular are 8oz each
I can actually wear two more 8oz but I did not wear them for that pic.

I don’t have a target weight or length, I just keep adding weights as it feels comfortable and healthy.

I started with only one 4oz circular weight and worked my way up

I’m planning on purchasing the next size up oval soon, 20 or 24oz I think

One thing I find, for me anyway, is that I only wear my testicle weights when I can control the sag if the skin.

Basically I never wear all day when there is the possibility of cold contracting because I feel it didn’t help to force the stretch during contracting. I just wear them at night in bed when they are warm and loose.

I feel just like pumping or manual stretching I never want to do it while the skin is not warm or relaxed.

But that’s just me.

I'm absolutely with you! Wearing weights over the day just causes sore skin and nearly no stretch Nice hang by the way!

It may be theoretically possible, but in practice just getting close to the knee is very rare.
