Todays session. I packed my 1.75x9, then into my 2x9 back and forth a couple times before fully packing the 2x9. Ended in the bath for a bit

Wore some weighted rings before pumping. I packed tube 1 then moved to tube 2; after a while I didn’t feel my usual expansion so I dropped back down into tube 1 to enjoy the pack and maybe stretch for length

Short session today, it’s cold so I used a heating pad but I didn’t thicken up as well as usual.
