Foreskin buttonhole in progress

Ever since I saw a guy with this modification (hole through top of foreskin so glans can be pushed through), I've been fascinated.

wudafuk's result planted the seed in my brain years ago: viewtopic.php?p=310834#p310834

And more recently, seeing more and more of his new cock, I got the courage to do one of my own.

Today I put two piercings through my foreskin. These will become the two ends of the buttonhole eventually. In about a month, I plan on cutting between the two holes to make one large hole. I used some blade-type piercing needles, an insertion taper, and some titanium jewelry. Everything was done as aseptically as possible.

Interesting, I've seen pictures of what you are talking about. Why do you want it? How are you going to proceed?

One, it should let me keep my glans bare more easily, which is something I've been doing for a while but has always been a bit of a struggle.

Two, it just opens up so many fun ways to play with the foreskin. You can have it dangling down below your head, turn it inside out, have someone else dock into the overhang while your head is out...

I'm going to be researching the best way to go about cutting through the skin in the next month or so, but it might end up being a simple clamp-and-cut. I'm not sure though.

Thanks, I have gone with my foreskin back for prolonged periods and then in the natural position. I know some train it to be back permanently and can see how this would work for that. I like to be able to do both.

In your case I guess you could stretch each of the holes soon as they are healed, going bigger and bigger until the skin in between is smaller. Just a thought that crossed my mind. It would also give you a bit of time to enjoy each stretch knowing you are getting closer to your goal.

I like to be able to do both too! I just have way too much skin for it to stay back without assistance. I'm hoping this will let me go bareheaded or covered at a moment's notice, instead of having to wear rings or whatever.

Since my initial post, there's an update: one of the piercings failed. By that I mean the jewelry actually broke. I think I cross-threaded the left one, and now the ball pops off. So I removed both, and will let the skin heal for a few days before trying again.

But it's not all bad, because after doing the piercings, I wasn't that happy with the placement of the left one, and thought "maybe it'd be better to do a single piercing in the middle, and gauge it up over time." Which is my new plan and is pretty much exactly what you're thinking too!

Imho you should think about doing a single piercing only.
Gauging it over time will enlarge it in both horizontal and vertical direction and create to wide buttonhole.

Doing a double piercing as you've done and cutting should result in a buttonhole which is enlarged in horizontal direction only.
That should present your glans through a tight fitting buttonhole if put through.

That works then since you were not happy with the placement, you now have a second chance plus get to feel another piercing which is fun in itself. I do agree that the single piercing stretched over time is the best way.

Buttonhole update time!

Things are going fine, I think. No infection, just some minor swelling. The original piercing was a little irritating because I didn't anticipate how thick the skin actually was, so the ends were digging into the skin, so I replaced it with a ring and it's been a lot more comfortable since.

Hoping the swelling disappears in the next week, it's already so much less than it was 2 days ago. The swelling is hard to see in the pics but it's about the size of a large pea surrounding the piercing hole.

Just come across your post, I think that's fantastic. I'd love a buttonhole myself. Just some thoughts, if you gradually size up your piercing, will the eventual hole be circular rather than a slit. and wouldn't a slit be better (tighter around the corona) ? What will you use to enlarge the hole once you get past the biggest jewelry size?

Well I guess I will be the guinea pig to find out if this way of doing a buttonhole works well!

I figure at a certain size, slit vs hole is immaterial - a slit in the skin becomes a round hole after you stretch it. wudafuk's more recent stuff (on other sites like manmods) shows this.

Jewelry tapers go up to some pretty big sizes. Bigger than my pinky... so I can just use my pinky once I get there, and eventually my cockhead itself

Also not much to say about progress at the moment, things are still healing but no problems with infection or anything. Going to wait until it's healed to start stretching the hole.

Based on what I've seen and read about this mod doing a lateral incision is an advisable procedure over piercing and stretching. The hole may need to be as large as 3 or more cm's (an inch or more). That's a lot of stretching from a 18 to 16 gage piercing. I believe better success would come from making an incision, packing it off or suturing the edges, and allowing it to heal. JMTC, so best of luck with the procedure.
