Yes, but it's better to use normal saline. "Normal" saline is the body's water, so to speak.
It's 0.9% NaCl, ie everyday salt.

I make my own. Very easy, but has to be sterile, which is easy to ensure.
Don't know how many times I've inflated my boobs, but have had no problems.

Getting a hard-on looking at these again.

Here's a note I wrote to another inflator some time ago.

Saline: I make my own. Very easy.

Making 'normal' saline. 0.9% NaCl.
Very straightforward.
This will make 1Qt (1 L) of Normal Saline (as used in hospitals etc).

Firstly you will need:

Saucepan size: 1-2 Qts (2-4 L).
Table salt (non iodised). Best is sea salt / rock salt. From supermarket.

1Qt (2L) of distilled/deionised water. From supermarket.

NEVER NEVER trust tap water !!!

Steps:

(1)
-heat the empty saucepan (scrub it clean first) until it's hot enough to sizzle off a few drops of water.
-leave it on that heat for another several minutes to cook off any bugs.
- put water into saucepan.

(2)
-add 2 teaspoons of salt and stir. (Sea salt, not table salt. Has Iodine in it = ouchies).
-boil the water for 15 mins.

*** taste test: taste a teaspoon of the saline: should have a very weak salty taste.

Basically, 1 teaspoon of salt per 1L (1/2 qt) = Normal Saline. 0.9% NaCl.

After trying saline you can use 10% of glucose. Sure you will have best result for long time. 500ml taking nearly double place in your boobs, and they will be so hard than saline. But don't forget it, saline or glucose migrate on body. If you want to fixe the infusion you may wear bra with 2 size more.... But so nice result on you!!!!

These (mine) are the result of saline + 10% Dextrose.

20% Dex + Saline

I don't actually know if the 10% is correct.
I used Glucose (same chemistry), but it comes in a jar and is thicker than honey.
OK. I'll dig some out with a spoon and soften it in hot water, aming on getting a tablespoon of smooth flowing glucose.
Didn't quite work out like that, as the blob of glucose on the spoon was about to fall into the hot water, so the blob went straight into the saline, where it dissolved.
So I had absolutely no idea of the concentration, but it would have been well above 10%.

Anyway, as soon as The Stuff was inside my boobs, the inflation took off. Wheeee.

I'd say it took all of 60 seconds for them to start growing, and really quickly.
So fast that the internal pressure began to push the saline back out thru the injection holes.
After about 5mins they were bursting tight. Mmmmm. As boob skin tightens the sensation is orgasmic. Oh boy.

They stayed hard for 6-8 hours, and by next morning they were still 3/4 full.

I could flop them on the edge of my desk, and slide them side-to-side along the desk. Wotta rush.
After 12-18 hours they were still a good handful, and by 24 hours they were almost back to normal. Rats. |:-\

Have to work out some way of keeping them full.

But in the meantime, I'll just have to inflate them all over again.
Oh gosh gee, golly, darn.

Next time, I'll heat the glucose in a saucepan of hot water on the stove. Will be easier to measure.
Then I'll be able to see the effect of progressively greater concentrations. Muahhh harrrr harrrr.
