Pumping Aus, Your 1/2 kilo is 1.1 lbs. The Monday pics i was wearing a 50 x 42 ID and a 20 x 42 for 2 3/4 lbs. Thursday just the 50 @ 2lb. I started similar to you, Dump the undies and let them hang and move about as you walk and try to keep them warm. I started around the same weight as you and can wear 3 lb plus in summer, we just don't get a lot of it up here.
Dasher, you wouldn't need the e-stim with J about....

MORNING

Think that will have got your attention ....... Certainly did mine the other morning when it came through.

A bit of tube time lately, Last Saturday and Sunday an hour apiece, Monday, 2 x 1 hour, Tuesday, just got too busy for tube time and yesterday had half an hour mid afternoon and i was back at it last night so another hour and a half while working. Earned a couple of pints and home for a late bath.
Bed time with 2 3/4 lb
