Considering starting saline journey

I’m thinking of starting my saline journey, and I saw the guide to get into it. I also have seen some people inject saline directly into the penis instead of the balls. Is that okay to do? Or stick with just ball infusion?

They are going under the skin, not directly into. That would not be a good idea. Biggest thing is to be sterile and use proper equipment.

I’ve been considering it too, one day when I’ve the spare money/time/etc. Where’d you find a guide on how to do it/equipment you need etc etc?
