Saline won’t flow

I’ve acquired 2L of saline. Bag sits roughly 7 feet off the ground. I’ve infused N2O before and know it will take far longer. However after over an hour of sitting letting it flow I’ve gotten less than 100ml into my sac. Any tips?

Well, I do this in that cases, I start inflating me with n2O first, enough to make space for saline, that help a lot.
Now, if you try to do only saline, maybe you can move the needle just a little, a side, I had sessions where including the air no flow in my body, I think that the needle is so thin, and simply something inside me block the flow.
In my legs this is problematic, I dont feel a good flow, then, when I open all the flow, my skin start to change to yellow, not so painful, but the results can change depending the place

Other thing, if you try to inflate your testicles, try to insert the needle since downside of your balls, but inserting the needle like a side, doing this you can let the needle in the space where float a testicle, be carefull, you don´t want to pinch it.
