Does anyone know how long backorder for bullmaster will be ?

No way to know, really…sadly the pandemic shook up the supply chain enough that the manufacturer still has issues getting the acrylic tubing that they use to make them. They’ve come back in stock here and there over the past few years, but on a very limited basis. Unless a new supplier comes to market with the various sizes of acrylic tubing needed, the manufacturer will probably not be able to meet demand anytime soon - your next best bet would be converting a STJ or buying a two-stage tube (assuming that you haven’t tried these alternatives already)
