You can also widen your meatus urethrae externus without pain by leaving a penis plug permanently inserted. You can of course leave the plug in overnight. Removing the plug the next morning is certainly not a problem, but that is neither desired nor necessary. Because of its olive shape, the plug stays in the narrow spot at the meatus urethrae externus and lies comfortably in the fossa navicularis urethrae. The plug is 5cm long in total. The good thing is that after 2 to 3 weeks the meatus urethrae externus is widened and you can then insert the next size. You only notice the widening when the plug falls out, but that is a desired effect. I would like to point out one problem, though. Because I have been wearing the penis plug all the time, I have already developed sepsis (blood poisoning) twice and had to be treated in hospital, even though I didn't notice any inflammation. Apparently the urethral mucosa is permeable to pathogens if they are there for a long time.

Anfangs habe ich gar nicht über den PA gestimmt. Hatte mir immer eine Klebeelektrode etwas zugeschnitten und vollflächig auf die Eichel geklebt. Aber mittlerweile gehe ich eigentlich nur noch über den PA. Die Andere Elektrode kommt an das 2kg schwere Bechergewicht an den Eiern.
