So I’ve just finished a 1.5L glucose infusion and could feel that it was starting to push my limits a little. How can I help improve how much I can take? Because I always seem to hit a wall. Literally any tips or advice would be great!

First off. That looks freaking AWESOME!. Now it has been a long time since I have done saline. But same as with pumping. Take hot shower or bath to get things warmed up and loose. Then you just got to work to train them. Set up a routine to try and keep them filled as much as you can to encourage skin growth.

So when you infuse the skin has to stretch. The best way is a marathon. The next day do another liter, it will get larger than the day before due to being stretched for a day. Do this often and it will stretch more. Those that have done weights or pumped a lot will have more volume. Those that have done injections like Surgilube will have WAY more volume. Myself, squirrel, couple others have enormous capacity because we have literally stretched the skin and grown it more. Be careful infusing dextrose because too much can be bad. It takes time and patience. I used to not be able to pump past 13”, now I can pump to 25”. But.. to be fair that’s the Surgilube injections that grew my sac big.

Lots of moisturiser, keep the skin soft and supple and ready for stretching. Personally i like coconut oil, natural, no chemicals and soaks in quite quick depending on how much you're applying and apply often
