This is so awesome. I see too few people combining pumping with weights. On here it seems like most fall on one side of the fence. Some pump, some use weights rarely do I see both. This is amazing. Great work please post more!

Did some stretching yesterday. Achieved 130 mm with 2100 grams.

It is getting a warm evening and I started my stretching. Hopefully I will get some more during the evening. But for now it really feels great.
