Has anybody a medical drawing of a scrotum with all the sparate compartements? Sometimes I infuse (more or less the same spot at the base of my cock) and even with pumping I cannot bring any NaCl into my cock. Sometimes I flows on its own. I wish it wouldnt be a blind game to hit the right location.
