Pumping

I've been pumping a while I have gained a little in girth but not very much in length I pump two to 3 times a week using 3 different size cylinders for about an hour with breaks in between when in the tube I see a difference in length but only under pressure has anyone got any teqnics that will help

Hello length is hard to get it has taken me years to achieve a inch but its been fun I like to pump the hole package yum
