I've had numbness for up to three months by using 4-5 elastrator bands and then a hose clamp on top of them. I tighten the hose clamp every 5-10 minutes and before I remove it I do one hard tightening. The session only needs to be around an hour. Numbness varies between 1 and 3 months but usually close to 3 months.
