Great thread, I'm not interested in ball pumping at all but you've done a great job documenting your activity.
I have bilateral varicoceles and I stopped even wearing anything behind the dick and balls and I never touched a ball stretcher, only messed around with some ball straps long ago, I hope I didn't make things worse but I wasn't going crazy with them. Nope…

I’ve put on weight since I started pumping and because the pubis fat pad is bigger than ever, my cock looks smaller than it ever has…

The pumping does seem to have stretched the skin in the whole area, and when flaccid I now have a little bit of glans coverage, but this is more likely a combination of that stretch and the extra fatty tissue pushing the skin outward, as my cock draws in…

Maybe, but to be honest, I don’t know that hydration is ever a factor with my pumping. I’m never hydrated, and when I try, I just piss it all out rather than being able to retain it.
