Lasting gains from Surgilube in the shaft

The difference in the pics is extreme.
when you inject to you go parallel to your shaft or 90 degrees

done 3 injections so far without any issues to speak of and looking forward to the next one

Just a small update. I'm still around, but I had a BAD experience. My own fault maybe. I'm not 100% sure what happened but it led to some skin that died, and I've been healing up ever since. I don't know if there was an infection or not but I had to squeeze the hell out of the affected area to clear it out and lost a lot of size there.

Long run, I'll likely be fine with probably a little scarring. Waiting to heal is just very un-fun. Risks of the hobby, I suppose...

Happened to me. Too shallow of an injection. Takes a while to heal but that will freak you out. I still have a scar from mine. One of the reasons I stopped doing shaft injections.

So I injected in the shaft few times and ended up with necrosis in a spot due to being too shallow and have a scar now. That was like 8 years ago, never tried since then. I might try sterile ky but I go back and forth. Took 2-3 months to heal. Scared the hell out of me! But it healed fortunately. What size needle do you use?

Next time, make the same addition, only in the other direction, and you will probably need a break, because you will definitely already have a huge sausage

I intend to try to even things out but I need to give this a few weeks to settle and heal. I've noticed that with more encapsulation present it really becomes unpredictable where the Surgilube will flow.

I use an 18g needle/catheter. Surgilube is so thick that anything smaller might just be impossible to push through, while anything larger is going to make the hole that much harder to close. As I'm inserting I try to wiggle the tip around a bit to try to gauge depth and placement. Sadly, it's always a bit of a guessing game.

Youre not wrong, it can go somewhere you don't want then its like well great… happened to me on my sac, went to the rear upper side and it was not pleasant, very sore.

Great to see you back and carrying on with injections. Would love to see some more pics of its size now. Always makes me want to go bigger when I see others injecting.
