Thoughts on Pumping for actual long term gains. Routine.
Okay so I’m not sure if there is a lot of gatekeeping going on in here or if there is certain information that has been avoided the sharing of. I will say this. Last time I decided to start pumping and was pumping everyday I feel like I actually made my balls smaller and weaker though I have since reversed this and now they are fine. I was pumping everyday for about an hour and was clearly overdoing it. Like when one is lifting weights to build their body it is actually easy to overdo it and without proper recovery time you may be going backwards. If lifting weights properly, with the right intensity and duration, not to much, not too little and proper nutrition and most importantly proper rest time your muscles will grow and become stronger but not without the rest time. 48- 72 hours rest time between workouts for any body part. Over training can have a negative impact on the muscles and too much volume per session is one way to overtrain. I haven’t seen any real good advice on here with regards to proper rest time although in one my posts a few people acknowledged its importance. When I pumped everyday I wasn’t doing myself any favors but I did kind of the opposite of make progress as I wasn’t giving my balls proper rest time to recover and was basically overtraining them with consequences. With what ive learned from lifting weights and with full Package pumping for those of whoever looking to actually increase testicle size via pumping would need to pump consistently but not everyday, but probably give 48-72 hours rest between pumps to actually see an increase in health, size, blood flow and overall well being of the testicles, it seem that the only way forward for those looking to make the gains is to sort of pump them like you would train a muscle, so this means, don’t get too aggressive per session because recovery is key, don’t pump to frequently because recovery is key, adequate rest hydration nutrition and supplementation and then I would think that’s where you would really make the gains, a proper, disciplined approach and being careful not to overtrain them. I will proceed once again on this pumping journey being especially careful not to overtrain my balls and to always allow them proper time to recover between pumps. I would love to hear comments from any of you who would like add anything on the Importance of recovery and what works best for you as far as frequency of the pump. I know people get addicted to the immediate after effects of ginormous genitals but this post is for a healthy, effective program for actual improvement in size and health and wellness of the male gonads and this is the full package pumping forum perhaps these same principles apply to the penis as well. I use a pumptoys longjohny and will do around 40 minute at 4-4.5 every third day, if there is a chance for growth, I think that would yield the highest probability of success. What are your thoughts?

I agree that rest and hydration are important. Warm heat is also important. More than anything else, patience is essential. As the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Like working out, everyone’s body is different. There’s no “ideal” schedule. For me, a big part of pumping is getting to know what works and doesn’t work for my body.

Yes I agree that warmth is very important for an effective pumping session. I pre warm the tube in the hot water and then wrap it in a heating pad for the duration of the pump. From my experience if I were to pump big everyday I wouldn’t make any long term progress or really have any health benifits from it but would in fact essentially be overtraining and possibly causing some atrophy, basically without recovery time, they would continuously be broken down, but never have the chance to come back stronger but I’m betting that if I get a good pump, without overdoing it, every 72 hours, I will make them healthier, heavier and stronger, the blood flow will be better and the overall health will also become much improved, but on the flip side if I overdo it and don’t allow recovery, exactly the opposite will occur.

And today for example, yesterday the pump
Went really well, I didn’t overdo it stuck to about 40 mins in a nice warm longjohmy with silicone seal trying to keep the pressure around 4-4.5 and today I really want to pump again, I wish I was in the pump and I could be, nothing stopping me except for the fact that I don’t want to overtrain, want to let them fully recover, and today they feel good, the pump yesterday seems to be having a positive impact today but I’m going at this to improve the size and health and wellness of the gonads and approaching it like I would lifting weights I will give them close to 72 hours to recover and then I will pump them again and hopefully like when lifting weights, there will be some small improvements each and every time and they will get a little stronger and grow just a little bit each and everytime and in the long term after many sessions will be noticeably bigger better and stronger. Healthier, with better blood flow and more mass. I will try and keep some updates here each week as to what I notice abut this approach so that I may help to uncover what it is. It’s funny, when I started pumping, it really is so addictive, you want to do everyday. So that’s kinda what I was doing. I thought that would be the best way to make them
