Working the elliptical

Today, I did something different. I hanged for the first time in about 5 days and after I pumped for 1 minute then rested a minute and upped the pressure back up to 5 hg and about 15hg for the last 20 seconds.

Yes do it! They feel amazing. Just make sure you measure more than one so you get the best fit.

Split sessions is where it’s at. An hour in the a.m. and an hour in the evening. This morning I was super stretchy. Stretching over 8” flaccid.
