Does anyone know a underwear maker that has a non-breathable pouch. I would like to be able to lotion up the cock and balls after a nice session and have the bits get soaked in lotion for a while.

Not the guy who posted that but I’ve gone out in public post bulge before. Most of the time it’s the morning after you upping. So I’m not as big as I was just out of the tube. But it’s still noticeable. Few times I managed to go out immediately after pumping I don’t get many ogling but did get one guy who did a double take as I jogged past. Also got groped while leaving a gay bar.

I've used that to soak in some coconut oil...hair band or shoe lace to 'tie' it on loose
