Due to amont of questions on my yahoogroups and from friends, i ask some siliconed guys about the long time effects of silicone injection, esp. on balls. Longtime siliconed guys, could you give feedback here about migration, confort, inside moving of silicon, quantity...

Silicone is permanent. I however, am pleased with the injections that I have had. After the treatment, it is imperative to massage the substance frequently for up to and exceeding a month to make sure that the it stays where you want it. So essentially you can shape the results post treatment somewhat. There has been NO migration to other parts of the body if that is your concern.
Keep in mind though, whatever you were born with is what you get, for life. What I have gained in girth, I have given up some of the length. Also, the more you place in the scrotum, the shorter the penis is going to look by and large.

Don't do it
A huge mistake, at least for me. It all pretty much hardened so I have scrotum that feels like it's filled with marbles and small rocks. I can no longer pump because the added fluid pushes the hardened silicone against the surface skin resulting in an odd appearance, nothing like it was before. I also can't stretch them because of the hardened silicone.
It also makes my very decent-sized dick look small.
I will probably have it surgically removed at a cost of upwards of $10K.
So I repeat, don't do it. You have a beautiful set of balls and have accomplished great things with just pumping and saline. Don't risk ruining yours as I've ruined mine.
