Hard question to answer but I'll try:
In my observation you must have open air for that part to grow. And also with a foreskin pulled back the head will grow big, bit foreskin over the head then the foreskin will grow big. Here is one example of my pumping in tube #1 using lowish pressure over longer time while staying hydrated. In this session I use a small tube to target penis only without balls getting sucked in. I have something which I consider somewhat unique I'd like to share. I started pumping under my clothes in public.
