In tube!
I'm going to start working on the tweeks for this soon. I'm loving pumping in this thing. But the walls where they are more flat, on the top side, are starting to concave a bit. One mod I wanted was to make the walls a bit thicker, and more infill. I tried to go as thin and little infill as possible on this first one to try and make the print as see through as possible.

It's a joy to see your 3d progress!
You can change curve design of the cushion specifically to lessen pressure on groin ligaments etc for more comfort.
A heat gun might smooth printed surfaces. Epoxy doesn't stick to PLA.
A thin plastic bag with the bottom cut off, slipped into printed tubes, provides a smooth seal.
Low vacuum on 'Balls only' works great. Higher vacuum, my dick slurps into the tube.
That's how I put the tube on when I'm big.
I'm using my 3" straight wall nowadays, going for length & less pubes being sucked in.

Side note, I've lost 15 lbs avoiding wheat, corn, rice, potatoes & sugar. No pix, but my dick's less hidden. Probably take a year for my pubes bulge to disappear.

A piece of thin yoga mat. It's only about a 1/8" thick. Works great.

Side note, I'm almost finished my changes for version 2. I'll post the files after I'm done. But I won't get to print my own for a little while. I have lots of other non related stuff in queue lol

The monster tube is perfect for except that the opening is a little large for my narrow pelvis. A seal is necessary for me to get a good vacuum until enlargement is enough to fill the top
A custom based on a scan would make it perfect

Print a urethral stretcher. Scale it any percentage. PLA worked for me.
The ribs feel great masturbating.
Next iteration, I'll add threads to the end to add decorative ends... horsey, mushroom head, etc.

New urethral inserts -
Hollow, rounded ends. Medical tape over the tube end & down sides of your cock hold it in.
Pee hole designed so you don't have to remove tube & tape to 'go'.
These taper up to 17mm diameter & 100mm long for me. Rescale length & diameter to fit you.
I printed with PLA & .1 mm layer height.
I can leave them in most of the day.
