I have been pumping, with a focus on the balls, of course

Unfortunately, I only get "under pressure" once every two months or so due to my "circumstances." I suspect that my infrequent pumps is the issue and that if I pumped more regularly, I would once again see some solid gains. Any advice that anyone has would be appreciated, especially if there is a way to make some gains on an infrequent pump schedule. I have a feeling however, that dedicated, regular pumping is the only way to get there! Thanks in advance for the pointers (so to speak)!
