is this only the result of pumping or you add saline?

as for myself since i discovered saline, i cann't wait 5 or 6 hours pumping...the result is the same in one hour saline!

yes...looks like saline but only pumping...I might try saline if possible...but mostly pumping..I like it a lot but takes a lots of time :(
