I have never seen that particular design. I like the fact that the middle ring is adjustible. Here's another model of steel stretcher that I've seen. I'm not sure where to buy it but I think it may be German. For a while a few years ago it was widely advertised online. The other photo is of one of my design. I made it from two split collars and hardware I bought at Sears. Anything is possible when the desire is strong.

Simps, thats my problem. I down loaded the pic some where and cant remember. I like the fact alot that there where only thin materials used so you can see more from what its all about.
