Sore nuts!

Ok, I finally bought a nice silicone seal for my STJ. I pumped up for about an hour, got some results, but not that large. Pumped for another hour, finally I got some decent results. Now my nuts were sore for about 4 days straight. Did I do something wrong? Is this normal?

I liked how heavy my balls felt , but the pain sucked! Any suggestions?

As long as you don't have any sharp pains in your nuts and the ache goes away within a few days, I wouldn't worry about it. As you pump more often your nuts will get used to the swelling and pressure and will ache less and for a shorter time. Be sure not to overdo it though.

Sharp pains that are strong enough to interfere with daily activities are a reason to see a doctor, fast.
