autologous fat instead fo saline or silicone?

would autologous fat be an alternative?i mean, some women do this as an alternative..removing fat from the belly/hips (liposuction) and using it for enlarging the boobs.

does this work also on men, too?

It is a bad idea. There's a reason why it's not commonly done by legitimate medical clinics for breast implants. The fat will often start to dye off once it's inserted, and you're left with a lump of dead fat tissue. Not what you want.
