Advice Needed... Any MD to help?

Have my silicone injection done on my penis early last year; was ok but lately have felt hard lump on the base of my penis... tried antibiotic pills and anti-allergy injection (did not tell/show doc what actually wrong, just told bad case of allergy), hard lump reduced but can still feel it. Could anyone please advice?

go to your doctor! from your description it could be anything from a hernia, to an abcess or just a simple swelling. either way go, they have seen it all before and taking antibiotics without a good reason could just confuse issues if you have indeed got an infection.
sorry if this seems brutal but it's why you have a doctor.
