I've used the search function and come up with 'jacco20's' thread on homemade devices for clamping and retracting the clitoral prepuce/hood... however, I'm wondering if there are any commercially available instruments for this purpose?
In searching via Google, and looking at hundreds of medical/OB/Gyn instruments I've yet to identify and find a source for anything like this.
For those of you into piercing, BME, etc. it would seem (especially for a piercer) that something like this should exist.
FWIW, my partner and I are experimenting with extreme clitoral stimulation via specialized vibrators and e-stim (ErosTek ET-312). It would be useful to have some sort of clit hood retractor to force the clit to remain exposed during stimulation.
We're not interested in permanent body modification or surgical reduction of the prepuce... Any pointers would be appreciated.

Clit clips
What I've used from time to time are the adjustable nipple clips. The ones that have the ring that slides up and down to adjust the pressure.
You have to add contacts to the inside - sides of the clip. Get the clip that has rubber on the ends. Small strips of metal (heater vent) tape works well. You can get it at any hardware store. Connect small wires to each of the pieces if you want a bi-polar clip, or connect the wires together to make a single pole contact. I've used this single contact method when I have the other contact on the G-spot inside the pleasure hole.
Finding the G-spot can be quite an interesting time for both parties too. I've used a small 'iced tea' spoon that is all insulated (handle too) except a small patch on the bottom (outside curved portion). Use low settings. Insert the spoon into a relaxed (as you can get) pussy, move it in and out slowly touching the walls, top - bottom - sides. You will find many "hot" spots, or should I say - SHE will let you know when the spoon passes over one.
Mapping the inside of the pussy can be used later if you two are "really" into electro-stim. Mapping should include "what" (meaning the type of signal) as well as "where". Use the clit-clip for the other "pole" during the mapping.
Another clit contact can be a thimble with the outside insulated.
