Hopefully these pics give you a better idea how to achieve a vacuum with the jar. This method may only work on uncut guys - not sure, lets see. The circumference of my semi swollen cock and ballsac at the thickest and lower area is approx. 9.8" / 19.7 cm, the jar lip is 8.25" / 20.9 cm. Warm up your cinched package with and jar with heat packs, massage, or a warm/hot bath. Use warm water (the cooling of the air and water will add to the vacuum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suction_cupping ) This method must be repeated several times, as the swelling will displace more water/air. Also, maintain a hard-on, what the cockring/sling helps with. This ensures that your package will expand and create a good seal.

Just got a new 4" thickwall from vacutech & silicone seal from pumpworks.
This is a 30 min water pump during/after a warm bath, using constant low pressure (about 16 kpa). the slow and gradual suction on my balls and foreskin feels so good.

Hey! Looking good. I use jars only. Use some plastic hose (acquarium stuff) to shove down and suck air out using your mouth.
