Here's my current self-favorite, from Monday nite - not a great photo but I reached 14" around for the first time.
A great way to begin the year.
I hope to reach 15" or even 16" in 2007 by improving my technique.
I usually warm-water pump, but maxxed out at 13" in 2006.
In this session, I followed up the warm water in the ASTJ with a final dry set running the Wave program on the QS7. I watched in amazement as my sac bloated up real fast in that one set. Will continue experimenting with the water/dry combination.
