best spot to insert need/catheter

What is the very best place to insert the need so as not to hit the testicles themselves, so that the saline is infused only into the ballsack itself and not any of the veins or arteries supplying blood to the testicles?

about a 1/2 inch from the base of your cock and about 1-2mm to the right of the center line running down your ballsack painless and goes in great everytime. trust me

best fill site for sure. BTW, needle or cath advice might be a good topic. I see alot of people filling up with needles, but I would tend to think that method would increase the risk of internal damage, as a soft cath would not. I suspect to save a buck, since needle's are alot cheaper.
