I'm doing this again, for sure! Very nervous forgot to tie off and it wasn't going to happen after fill. I blew up

D5 is great for a first time because there's no stinging like saline can sometimes give. I'm betting you will go for a liter next time. Tying off is a good idea but it can also be a distraction, esp for the first time. It helps keep the fluid where you want it to stay. I like using my bathrobe sash because it's soft and I can adjust it easily as I swell up.

I totally agree with MRuss. Congrats on your 1st fill up and I think 1 liter is in order, but tie off first. Use something that is comfortable and perhaps adjustable. Using rings are a bitch especially trying to remove them once your huge. Enjoy each ride you take, stay clean and health, and hopefully we see more of your progress here. I've attached a pic of my package filled with 2 liters of NS/Dex5%. Wife didn't know what to do first, but I kept her restrained the first day to heal up right. Then she enjoy those massive balls and cock for 3 straight days, begging me to fill back up

Practice makes perfect. Once you figure out a routine it becomes stupid easy to perform. What pete said, once you get to larger sizes like 2L it gets more 'interesting'. I just did 2L dex few nights ago and the BF was like ...in a few hours it felt like it expanded to around 3L.

Yes, I walked around for the next 24 hours with a stupid grin on my face.

Well I managed a second inflation with 500ml of dex and it was fun again. However there was lots of itching and now my ball sack is sore which I'm sure is from stretching and growth. My question is now do I give it a break or power through next chance I have with another 500?

Yup I've gotten the same before. Some good lotion with cocoa butter helps me. It takes the human body 1-2 weeks for blood vessels to heal and make new networks [due to stretch] so I usually keep it around there when I push myself. Usually when you push yourself you'll start to sweat out the saline. I did n2o a few nights ago and didn't go crazy so I might do some saline/dex today just to feel big. Snowed in and nothing to do but workout, drink beer, play helldivers and inflate lol.
