I use a lotion that has 4% Lidocaine in it. I've seen some upwards to 5%. Then I noticed premature ejaculation sprays that have over 9% Lidocaine in them. Has anyone tried any of these sprays to numb the cock before cutting?

For a short time numbing the oral sprays and lotions based on lidocaine/ xylocaine are fine.
For longer and deeper numbing I use the tattoo numbing creams like emla.

The advantage of the creams is, that you can use is thick and long before cutting.

Those items seem great but certainly not over the counter in Australia, I think. The best cream I have found is “Numit” by Ego.
Available at Chemist Warehouse. Contains Lignocaine 2.5% W/W and Prilocaine 2.5 W/W. It’s not cheap but works great. I use it when using the next largest sound. It’s also great for mozzie bites a d the like.

Why do you want to numb your cock?? You lose all the wonderful sensations of enjoying playing with it. Do you cum way too early? If so spend some time easing up to the point where you know you will cum then stop. When you get there reach down and pull your balls as far back as you can, all the way to your ass if you can do that. It will cause the muscles in your pubic area to relax and thus need to be tensed again aka worked back up to the point of no return again. Squeeze the same muscles you use to stop from pissing as you get close to cumming to stop the urge to ejaculate. Again pull your balls back to your ass. After doing these things for a period of time you will learn how to last a long time and while doing that staying on the edge you will love how it feels in your loins.

When I made my bisection , I used tattoo cream but sometimes I used a tens unit because it numbed my cock as well.

For a quick numbing I use dental spray with Lidocaine. Works mainly on the glans. Shaft is a bit difficult, as the skin is to thick.

For longer numbing I use Emla like creams. Applied thick, covered with foil and left on at least 30 minutes. That gives some hours.

For numbing over days and weeks I use elastrator bands. Several (4 to 5) bands at the base on a bloodless penis at least one hour kills the sensations for 3 to 4 weeks. Repeated banding gives longer time.

Why do you want to numb your cock??

I numb my cock prior to doing an incision for continuing my subincision efforts. Numbing cream helps with the pain level. Especially when using a cautery pen. As my subincision progresses further down my shaft the sensations from sex feel better.
