Stretching/pumping after surgery

Hey guys,
I am going to be getting cremaster muscle release surgery next week. I will be getting two incisions on either side of the fat pad/groin area right below the belt line. I wanted to see if anyone has had any kind of testicular surgery outside of a vasectomy. If so have you been able to continue pUmping/stretching after being fully healed.
Thanks

I will be following your results. I have always wanted to get a cremaster and dartos release. Mine always seem to pull up.

You had the muscle release surgery but you are planning to have more scrotox? I thought the cremaster release surgery would completely sever the cremaster muscles? Is partial release an option for surgery? Please post more details about just the scrotox procedure and the outcome please.

No I got the scrotox back in September.
Cremaster muscle release does sever the entire muscle. Not sure about partial release, I fell like I might have read something somewhere about it, but can't remember.
Cremaster release only keeps the testicles from being retracted. It has no effect on the dartos muscle, which is the muscle around the scrotum that makes it shrink/shrivel.
Scrotox only affects the dartos muscle not the cremaster. You can get Botox for the cremaster, but that is more specialized, so not done at most Botox providers (med spas). The Botox for cremaster is injected closer to the belt line and deeper since the muscle goes up and attaches in the abdomen. From what I read the cremaster Botox is done more for diagnostics, like to determine if you have an overactive cremaster muscle or something else.
The scrotox was quick and painless. Worst part was the numbing cream, because it was very strong/effective. That whole area was numb for a few hours. The prep and waiting for the numbing cream to work takes most of the time. The injections are quick around 1-2 mins. Took about a week to have noticable results and about two weeks for full results. I noticed it most in bed because they are always loose and floppy now. My scrotum still shrinks but is is not as often and nowhere near as much before the scrotox. Before it would shrink so much it would get extremely itchy, and because there is not much to grab it would be hard to itch. I got 75 units and next time I am probably going to try 100.
What other questions you got?

That was a great answer to my question. Thank you and please keep updating this as you recover. Hope you are feeling better every day.
Did you pump after the scrotox? You left that open in your other thread.

I haven't pumped yet but I did do 500ml of D10 a few weeks ago. The third picture above is from about 3 days after. I have a follow-up appointment in January. I don't think I'm going to start anything until then

It has been one week since the surgery, and thought I would give an update. Incisions were lower and bigger than I expected. Had the week off and was bored out of my mind. Of course this led me to overdoing it a couple times activity wise. I might have possibly popped one of the stitches, but the durmabond seemed to hold it together. Sore/tender still on the incision sights, but no real discomfort in my testicles. I have noticed that they definitely hang now without pulling up. Only thing lifting them now is the scrotum/dartos muscle. First 48 hours I had two instances where I didn't support them well enough while on the toilet and in the shower and it led me to lying on the floor trying not to puke. I think this was because of the tug on the cords and obviously the recent trauma done to the area.
Hoping for all the discomfort to be mostly gone by next week. Obviously we'll see. If you have any questions feel free to ask there's probably plenty of information that I am glossing over or forgetting.

How are you feeling and how is your recovery going? Have you tried pumping or stretching? Have you tried any saline?

Everything is good so far. I haven’t had any discomfort after week 3 or 4 (can’t remember exactly). Had sex (for the first time) somewhere between week 2 and 3. She was riding, and I almost tapped out because my incisions were not quite closed on the ends and were still tender. I powered through with no other problems. A few more times between then and now, and no more problems or discomfort from the incisions.
They are definitely hanging nicely when warm, with absolutely no movement up or down. They still get pushed up by the dartos muscle in the scrotum, but no more than that.
Scars are closed up, and they don’t look too bad, but they are noticeable. I started putting silicone tape on them, so we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully they fade well, because I don’t have any hair to cover them up.
I have not tried anything other than pulling on them by hand. Not to stretch, but just to see how it feels. Recommended recovery time is at least 6–8 weeks. I am about to hit week 9, so I’d rather play it safe. Planning on trying infusion in the coming weeks. I have my follow-up appointment at the end of January. I am still on the fence about asking if pumping is OK. I believe pumping/stretching poses the greatest risk. Infusion just lets them dangle/float around in space, so I don’t see that as being too risky, if at all.
I am definitely happy with the results and don’t regret it so far. I was a little worried that I might regret doing it, especially since there is no undoing it. I’ll try to remember to keep updating. Feel free to ask any questions.

Very interesting! I've wondered what this would be like, if it would help my situation, and what the drawbacks would be.
My Dartos muscle is strong and strongly scrunches up at any temperature below blazing inferno. Cremasters are a tight also. They sometimes my balls even get pulled up so high and tight they would uncomfortably "pop" past the scrotum opening and sit *next* to the penis base (instead of behind or below) - a bit painful, like when one of your balls slips through a stretcher. I'd have to manually push them back out into the scrotum. Hasn't happened in awhile since I started stretching, but I'd hate for it to return if I take a break, or had to stop stretching permanently.
How did you get a doctor to approve the surgery, and how much did it cost (and what country/state are you in) ? Besides general post-op instructions, what did your doctor warn about for long term risks, things to avoid, and other considerations?
How has the scrotox held up over time? I've heard very mixed reviews on the efficacy and duration, but I wonder if some procedures use more filler and less botox.
How did manual stretching feel, and do you see yourself using weights in the future? I'm curious how strong the other "supporting bits" (blood vessels, vas deferens) are after the Cremaster is severed.
When you described the pain early on from not supporting them on the toilet, do you know what it was, specifically - post-op tenderness and too much movement, or the weight of balls hanging directly from the tubes without the assistance of the cremaster? Has that happened again?

I have a scar on the bottom of my scrotum from a testicular torsion correction I had as a teen.
I have to pump really big till it gets sensitive, and have to massage it more than the rest of my sack to keep the bloating even as it goes down.
My balls pump mostly evenly, but the cord stuff on my left is always a little bigger.

Ah mate, I had a torsion at 13 yo, woke up with the worst pain I'd ever experienced. Went to Dr's bent over like I was crippled. It sorted itself out but ever since I have to be mindful of my left nut on hot days when they hang lose.

Told my doctor pretty much exactly how you described your problem, plus the fact that I had tried all the conservative/non-surgical approaches, including scrotox. I’m in the southeast US. My insurance covered most of it, and I haven’t finished receiving the last two bills yet, but it looks like about $16,500 before insurance. Miami Men’s will do it for $9,700 but does not take insurance. Miami Men’s will also do it without a medical reason, as they offer it as a cosmetic surgery as well.
The doctor actually didn’t give me much in the way of instructions apart from general post-op guidance. This might be because I came in already knowing what it was and all of my options.
Scrotox is noticeably different. The dartos still contracts even 3–4 weeks after scrotox (strongest point), and even more so now. So I haven’t been hanging loose 100% of the time. However, when I am warm, the hang is exquisite. I do think it has worn off significantly since I got it four months ago. This might be due to not getting enough units (75) or just general efficacy. I am going to try it at least one more time and bump up to 100 units. However, I’m not sure it will be worth it long term, as it is quite costly. The cheapest I could find it in the US is $9 per unit.
I haven’t really done any stretching. What I mentioned before was that I gave it a few manual tugs to test the waters and didn’t have any issues. I might try weights again, but I always had issues with them popping through. Now, that was probably partially due to the cremaster, but also because I have to get a weight big enough to be able to shove my scrotum in. Before the surgery, I had been doing extended pumping—about five times a week, for at least three hours and up to six hours. That gets a nice stretch and hopefully, long term, will increase testicle size.
In the case of stretching, the cremaster is the largest resistance to gains, not the spermatic cord. Stretching smooth muscle is long and arduous. Without the cremaster muscle, the new resistance is the dartos muscle, another smooth muscle. So you could probably go extreme and start really pulling on the spermatic cord, but the dartos muscle is going to regulate the stretch now that the cremaster is out of the picture.
The issue I had on the toilet I wouldn’t describe as painful—definitely uncomfortable, sore, and nauseating. I believe it was just weight/tension on a traumatized area. It only happened twice within the first 48 hours, and I haven’t had any issues since. The only thing that feels different is that blue balls seem easier to get or more noticeable. But that might also be because I started having sex for the first time shortly after the surgery, so that’s a whole other variable.
