It’s probably lost media at this point but I wonder if anyone knows it. I wish i could find it but it’s seeming a bit impossible to find. It’s some guy inflating his balls to the point that it was huge. Dude was on a couch inflating with air, groaning like crazy with the video being like a yellowish tint to it and it was like a 2015 video or at least around that, it was like on reddit or something I can’t remember but being new to this made me remember it.
