I used 100ml of NS about 20 years ago. I infused 250ml of NS and 250ml of D5 in May 2025. I used a single 21ga butterfly needle on my seam and a tight rubber cock ring around my cock/balls. It took about 1/2 hour to empty the bags. I was about 14” when the needle was removed. I had a little trouble with the super glue and bandaid but was able to seal the needle hole on the third try. I pumped my cock for about an hour afterward and then pumped cock/balls in my 8” sphere for about 2 hours. Total time from starting the infusion to finishing pumping was about 5 hours. I was back to normal size within three days.

I infused again on 06-21-2025 and took better measurements. I was 9-1/4” around before infusing. I wanted to take more than 500ml total but did not have a goal in mind. I started with 250ml of NS and then added 250ml D5. The first 2 bags took 42 minutes and I measured 14-5/8” afterward.

I started a second 250ml bag of NS and only intended to add 125 ml. I lost track of time and emptied the bag. I started a second 250ml bag of D5. The second bags were emptied in 40 minutes. That brought the total to 4 X 250ml bags, 1L. I was 18” after removing the needle.

I was able to seal the needle hole with the bandaid and super glue on the first try. I was too big to fit in the opening of my 8” sphere easily. I pumped my cock in a 2-1/4” tube for about 5 hours. I was still at 18” about 1-1/2 hours after removing the needle. I was properly hydrated so lack of additional swelling was disappointing. Would not have thought the swelling would have been less than had I infused 1L of actual D5NS rather than the separate fluids. Some of you have used NS and D5 separately and I am interested in hearing your thoughts regarding any differences between infusing NS + D5 v. infusing D5NS.

I enjoyed seeing my sac huge and tight. It was very comfortable. No pain/burning/stinging. The opening of my 8” sphere fits well but entry/exit will be a tight fit after infusing. I built a split 6” sphere and use it often. I ordered an 8” split/flanged sphere and will see about building an 8” version. I have some photos of my 6” in use at:

Next time I will likely use 1.25L or 1.5L and intend to pump my cock during the infusion. I still have 2 X 250ml NS and 2 X 250ml D5. I have some 1L X D5NS on order. Photos were taken 06-23-2025, about 38 hours later.

Still a great job even though you didn't get the swell you wanted. You didn't overdo it and still enjoyed it!

I've personally not used anything other than NS. I am a Type 1 Diabetic, so I stay away from it. But from reading a ton of threads on here in regards to using Dextrose to get that additional swell. You should only be using Dextrose if you want that effect. Adding normal saline to the mix dilutes the Dextrose and negates it's swelling potential pretty significantly or eliminates it altogether. So that's likely what you experienced.

I'm by no means a medical expert, but it sounds like the way this works is, dextrose pulls body fluids to it and the body to even out the dextrose solution entering your bloodstream. Which is why you get the added swelling. To me it's like an inflammatory body response in a sense. Now if you pump normal saline into that same space, your body doesn't respond the same way because the neutral saline knocks down the level the body senses so the response either doesn't happen at all or it's lessened. There's a lag time in other words. The response to the dextrose is why it takes several hours for the max effect to take place with it. The body has to sense it and then respond to it.

So based on that, I believe if you want swelling up a lot after infusing, only use dextrose. Once you've hit max inflation, you can do normal saline afterwords to try and max out bigger. Doing little bits at a time until you feel it's a good stopping point. I don't know how long it takes to reach max swell on dextrose, but it's usually as mentioned, several hours after you stop infusing it I believe.

So in summary, use dextrose first, max out swell with it after several hours, then add normal saline after that to push the limits if you aren't already at a desired stopping point.My guess would be if you're hydrated enough, you wont even need to touch a pump after it.
