Hey guys. You know the female fitting that screws into the top of the pump that your hose attacjes to by use of the male fitting? Well mine is shot. I ordered some more but the threaded part is toonarrow and wont seal, like not even close. I dont understand why i cant find these things online for a decent price either. Any advice?

You stated pump but I will ask if you are talking about your tube since some use pump/tube interchangeably. Tubes that have not been modified probably all have 1/8” pipe thread (=1/8NPT = 1/8-27) if the tube has a female threaded opening.
You might look at this thread for some recent QC connector photos:

If you need a fitting for your pump and are using a hand pump with the brass body and red vinyl coated handles, I might suggest that the threaded fitting in that style hand pump has 1/4NPT thread. My electric pumps are all modified to a different style fitting.
If you have not found the correct connector yet, post a photo. Someone will know what it is. Most everyone looks at Colder QC fittings with 1/8NPT thread but I use a different style per the photos in the thread linked above.

I had a similar problem in that I accidentally crossed the thread while putting in a replacement female connector, so I sanded off the thread on it and cemented it in place with 2 part epoxy glue. Worked fine, air tight. Epoxy can be removed and will crack and crumble with careful pressure if you ever want to replace a connector in future.

Go to McMaster-Carr. They have most Quick Connect fittings. Probably a 3/16. Know you fitting size on tube either screw-in or barbed. Know your INSIDE diameter of (hose) tube from pump. Probably white nylon (plastic).

Did you find the correct fitting for your equipment? If so, what are the specs?
