How much growth do you get from flaccid to hard?
You might be able to eeek out another inch.
But your girth targets are definitely in reach.
Start with a 8.5" x 2.5" Diameter will give you ~7.8inches of girth.
If you think you can get bigger go for the 2.75" tube for about 8.5" in firth
