Newbie gains and stretching.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this and looking for some advice. I've been pumping for about a month now and seeing some decent gains, but I'm also trying to incorporate stretching into my routine. Any tips on how to effectively stretch after pumping to maximize gains and avoid injury? What are some good stretching exercises specifically for this area? Also, how long should I be holding each stretch? Any personal experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated!.
