Does anyone do cock only saline inflation? I'm just pumping and clamping at the moment, but I'd like to learn about using saline just to get a extra boost.
Recently I'm pumping and then staying swollen for the entire work week by wearing a tight cockring and edging (pics below). Can saline be incorporated into my routine?

Cock only infusion is very possible but it likes to migrate quickly. You would need to tie off but I would be worried about circulation

Hey, just saw your post. I think my cock ring technique would suffice for tieing off, right? I still get good circulation, but it traps the edema completely.

Also, anyone with experience doing shaft only, I'd like to hear how you do your infusion.

I think to be on the safe side, the first few times use a flexible or easily cut material for the cock ring. Then once you get the practice in, go with a harder substance.

I've done a dozen cock only infusions and then I moved onto HA and haven't done any infusions since.

I use split cock rings so I can always take them off in a hurry, if that's what your safety concern is. My goal at the moment is to stretch my skin to make plenty of room for HA or PMMA. Do you have any pics of your infusions or HA you'd be willing to share?

Unfortunately them phone I had them on died. I did find over time that slower infusions of cock only gave a more even and uniform shape. If I tried rushing it, different areas inflated faster than others.

With the HA, I've let a lot of it get absorbed as I had complaints about being too thick. Starting circumference was 5" and I went up 6.5" at my max. Now I'm back down to 5.25"

First off...wow! jealous straight guy here adoring that cock lol. That split ring looks a little tight unless the slight purple coloration is from pumping? It'll work fine for saline infusions, as you said the important thing is to be able to get it off quickly should you need to.
