I’ve infused a couple of times now and was wondering about the different ways people seal the iv site after the infusion.
I have been using thin wound tapes to try to apply constant pressure to the whole but sometimes that doesn’t quite work and I end up leaking. If there is a better way I would appreciate it if someone had any tips.

In my experience, anything up to a liter seals after applying pressure for about 5 minutes. Take an alcohol wipe and gauze and hold for a few minutes.

For over a liter, I'll still apply the gauze, but I'll use some super glue to help seal the wound. Then I apply a bandaid, and it holds pretty well.

I second that. I've used Super Glue Gel and also Medical Glue that you buy over the counter with gauze applied to the wound after applying it.

Something that has worked very well for me and others is to use hydrocolloid patches (pimple patches). I apply pressure with a gauze for 5-10 minutes, and then I lay one of those patches over it. You can also find larger versions of these patches in the bandaid isle, and they are usually marketed for blisters.

The only issue I have personally had, is if you have two injection sites and went exceptionally large, they may have a difficulty holding up. I've had experiences where the first patch starts leaking while I'm trying to apply pressure to the 2nd patch.
