Stretching routine for size?

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully used a stretching routine to gain size. I'm stuck on a plateau of 13-14 inches, and would like to get beyond it.

I hydrate like crazy every day, with no impact. Time nor pressure are getting me through it.

Would appreciate hearing what has worked for you.

Not sure what your routine is, but you'll need to likely need to look at two parts of your pumping routine: Time and Pressure.

I would say, increasing time is easier. DO you stay in the pump for 1-2 hours? Then Try going for an extra 30 mins to an hour.
You can also try adjusting pressure, if your body tolerates it well.

Personally, I usually start in the smallest tube I can fit in but still get reasonable stretch and expansion. After 2 hours, I switch to a larger opening to focus on the actual swell. I run about 1-2 HG for hours, letting my body slowly and gradually move fluids. If you don't respond to low pressure, you can try adjusting the amount of time, and vice versa.

Anytime I get out of the tube, I stretch for a few minutes to help promote even bloodflow and help relax the skin a bit. Re-moisturize and enter the tube after a 10-15 min break.

Thanks. Yeah, I try to be in a tube up to 5 days a week.

Currently on any day I pump I'm in the tube for 3-5 hours with a few 15 minutes breaks throughout. I usually stay in one tube that has a 3.5 inch opening, with 5 inch diameter, until it's a bit difficult to get out. Then I move to one of the large IKEA jars that we see used here.

Even after a 5 hour session the results are the same. Doesn't matter if dry, wet, Epsom salts, or any combination there of, always the same size.
