Good soft seal for a 3" flanged tube?

Hi guys,
I've been full package pumping in a 3" flanged tube for a while now but I've lost weight over the past few months and my fat pad has shrunk. Now I'm struggling a bit getting a good seal even though I keep my pubes shaved.
I've got an LA pumps seal on my 2" tube but it's horrible; the rubber is quite hard and it has a little groove inside the opening that irritates my skin after any more than an hour.

I need a soft blubbery seal, but I don't want to lose any internal diameter if possible, it just needs to seal the flange on my groin. Any ideas?
TIA

I use a rubber ring, the type you throw for the dog and have an argument with trying to take it off it. Cut it down to a size to fit, superglue it back together and stick it to your flange with a 2 pack epoxy glue. once set fill in the recess inside and out with a clear glazing silicone that is also a good adhesive and you have a nice rounded cushion seal and a slightly longer tube.

Like this, in the yard at work one summer.

That's awesome BnL, thanks for sharing. I really want to buy an off the shelf product for a couple of reasons though.

I also use an Oxballs Juicy XL. I put it on like a cock ring, then put my stuff in the cylinder. This method works for me. Your mileage may vary.

I just got a MT3 Seal from PumpToys (https://www.pumptoys.com/catalog/All-Pr ... al-17.html) that ought to work for you. Surprisingly, I received the shipment less than 2 weeks after placing the order.

Wow that is so expensive. I just had a look out of curiosity. The seal costs $39.50 and pumptoys want and additional $62.74 just for shipping to the UK . The USA must have the most expensive shipping in the world when shipping outside the USA. I honestly cannot fathom where the hell they get the prices from.

I agree, it’s the same getting stuff from US to Australia, goods are reasonable priced but shipping is more than the goods,

Be aware that their poly-vinyl seals turn into almost liquid goo if they get anything with petroleum on them. That includes Vaseline, of course, but it also includes Albolene plus things like hand creams and lotions that have mineral oil in them. Almost all hand creams and lotions have mineral oil in them.

I had one that melted all over the inside of my carry bag.

Thanks @porkynips and @hairypalmer
Do you guys have any pics of how it fits on/around the cylinder opening? Sounds like I need to order a juicy XL.

You're welcome. Happy to help.

That's a 3" straight cylinder. It's almost a perfect fit and I can walk around with it on from the start. In the Monster tube it's not perfect and I can't walk around with it on until I'm filling the cylinder which is a shame, but its a funny shape so I guess it's to be expected.

Hope this helps.

Immensely! No one selling the juicy actually shows how it fits the tube as clearly as you just did. Thank you so much.

I put my Juicy XL on (like a cock ring) before lining it up with a cylinder. Putting it on keeps it in place.

I made my own seal by 3d printing a mould and then using 2part silicone (used for food moulds) to pour into it. I made it two part with a smaller diameter hole which fits into the larger seal. This way I can get some size before using just the outer seal. It seals really well especially when just starting the pump as it doesn’t pull in. Your abdomen as much
