Hallo an alle,

Ich habe Mitte 2024 meinen letzten Schnitt auf 6h gemacht, ist aber nicht der letzte Schnitt, macht süchtig!!
Eigentlich bin ich damit optisch zufrieden, aber eins stört mich doch!

Tagsüber als Unterhosenträger bleibt das Pissloch innen nach dem pissen feucht, bzw. läuft nach.
Dadurch habe ich im unteren V von 6h ausgehend, ständig weiße Haut innen und die riecht nach kurzer Zeit nach Urin und lässt sich auch leicht entfernen.

Ohne Unterhose ist das Problem nicht, da er nach unten hängt und abtrocknen kann, da habe ich schöne Innenseiten.

Kennt jemand das Problem????


Außerdem habe ich noch vor bis ca zum Eichelrand zu schneiden, entweder knapp davor aufhören bzw. knapp danach.
Werde es in Klemm- und Schneidtechnick machen.
Bin leider etwas beschnitten
Das Bändchen werde ich vorerst lassen, da ich dort ein Piercingloch habe.

Wie ist es bei Euch?
Ich finde, dass die Meatotomie im steifen Zustand am schönsten ist! Schlaff irgendwie nicht ganz so!

Ich habe dieses Problem nicht. Wahrscheinlich, weil ich nie Unterwäsche trage. Das ist es, was ich vorschlage.

I don't have that problem. Probably because I never wear underwear. That's what I suggest doing.

Das mit ohne Unterwäsche habe ich früher so gemacht, aber mittlerweile habe ich das Problem bei ohne Unterwäsche, dass der Sack, bzw ich mich im Schritt wund reibe.
Zur Probe habe ich jetzt aber eine Unterwäsche mit Schwanzloch bestellt, mal schauen, da kann sich dann nix wund reiben.
Dachte schon daran, da wo die weiße Haut ist nachzuschnneiden, aber solche korrekturen machen es meißt nicht besser!

Yes Pisshole72, but I have only just 2 mm longer. Hahaha....
Before 2 weeks I already clamped to cut more 4 5 mm, but I was little confused just bcoz of that natural valve. May be I was wrong you may correct in my thought that valve is an important part of penis. That's the reason i didn't cut . Even clamped more than 2-3 hours. You may notice I stopped after half cut of the valve. still confuse what to do. Share your opinion .

Bis in den markierten Bereich möchte ich auch schneiden.
Ich lasse mir vom Urologen erst das Frenulum wegmachen, da es bei mir keine Funktion mehr hat, weil ich in jungen Jahren beschnitten wurde!
Die Klappe, die Sie meinen, ist meiner Meinung nach der Ringmuskel unterhalb der Eichel.
Ich werde bis zu dem Muskel schneiden, damit die Eichel etwas offen bleibt.
Den Ringmuskel brauche ich, damit meine Pissplugs halten.

Yes, before you have to cut more first you have to cut the frenulum. But your meatotomy also looks awesome. Are you facing any difficulty at piss or any other problems??

I also removed the frenulum before 3 years. But I am uncircumcised but I have a scope to cut till 4 5 mm then I may go for circumcised.

But the main confusion is to cut that 3mm ring muscle valve. I think that valve is around 3 mm length, which I cut almost half of that valve and till now no issue, but now little confuse to cut another half 1.5 mm to 2mm of that ring muscle. Becose I didn't find any reply or blog here what are the complications or problems after crossed that ring muscle, but it looks awesome.
What's your opinion??

das mit dem Pinkeln ist so ne Sache, am Pissior gehts, spritzt aber!
Stehend an der Kloschüssel geht kaum, wird auch drumherum nass.

Ihren Bildern nach, kann es meiner Meinung nach noch nicht der Ringmuskel sein, ich habe es bei mir angesehen, mein Ringmuskel fängt erst unterhalb der Eichel an.

Wenn Sie denn Ringmuskel durchtrennen, wird es mit Plugs etc schwieriger, sie zu halten.
Ich werde meinen Muskel definitiv nicht einschneiden, da ich gerne Pissplugs trage.

In my case I can stand and pee easily, very little splashes around glans also turbine sometime. If I pee with foreskin covered glans then its like any normal pee, Not a single issue .

And their is only 3 mm to reach my target but still waiting some of export people reactions to cut further. I already half cut the ring muscle only 1.5 mm to cut, so in my opinion their is not a big issue after cut that ring muscle.

I was planed to cut before 2 week also clamped, but didn't cut and started reading more about peoples blog for a healthy complete meatotomy

My ring muscle finish here as marked (A) in image . After that line very thin skin continues
And my frenulum or foreskin starts at point (B). But my next plan to cut till Point A just cross the ring muscle only 2 mm maximum. then next plan till B in later future.

My plan was also to cut up to the blue mark. Then I would have a small subincision. But since the current end of my meatotomy is semi-circular, a straight cut would probably not be good. I would have to clamp it with two clamps, as shown in "red", and then make two cuts.

I think you already completed your meatotomy with a nice half circle ending. I think it is a dream ending for me, but hard to achieve. If you cut more that point it may the last point of meatotomy or may be 1 mm of subinsicion. But can you achieve this type half circle ending or you may like 'V' type ending.

Did you crossed the muscle ring? If yes then what are problems you facing after crosses. It will help on my next cut.

Yes, I have cut through this narrow spot. I have no problems, only advantages. I can easily insert my little finger or Hegar pins up to 16 mm into my urethra.

I am also super excited to insert my finger, but I can't. Only 2 mm to cut then I also able to insert.

Piss out from down side or near main hole(glans front). I have little wider piss but not from down side till now, but what after 4 5 mm of cut?

Most people have positive reply on it when I asked personal message, they told nothing worry to cut that ring muscle even I can cut till 8 -10 mm easily without any issue, but may issue to pee with standing position.
