Hour-a-day.

I’m on Day 5 of my new routine, going for minimum of 1 hour in everyday. I have noticed that I am almost reaching the end of the jar within 45 min now, which used to be about 1.5 hours for the same result. Hoping to drop 50 Lb as well, fingers crossed I can stay focussed.
I am hoping to upgrade to a MT soon, will see what the cards have in store.

I normally pump in hot water with a small weight on 7oz. It allows the balls to drop down whilst increasing in size. It also retains definition if that what you are trying to do.
To be fair i have been stretching and pumping for a very long time.
As you can see it certainly has its rewards.
I have included some pics for what is achievable. I am quite happy with the length now.

Daily pumping is where it's at! I'm in month 7 of daily pumping (except for a 3wk break in Dec due to both illness and skin recovery from pumping too long after the lotion lube had reduced). Kit is a gallon drinks dispensing jar and Red light pad, sometimes Epsom salted warm (~46°C) water and a combination of brake bleeder hand pump and e-pump. I'm posting mostly on Reddit.
Things I've noticed are: it took about 3 months for the meat to be conditioned enough that I was confident to go longer
or at higher pressures; I pump in sessions of long time at low pressure (~9kPa) - sometimes falling asleep in the jar. This causes my testicles to swell and sac to loosen, but my sac does not fill; I'm hooked on it: when I get in the jar now, it just feels natural; I need to monitor skin wear particularly where the jar shoulders out from the rim to main chamber.
Results: my right teste is now about 3x pre-pump size 24x7; left is meh; cock is permanently pumped - but won't say that change is permanent..i have a decent Pumper's Tan which isn't angry looking. (Probably time for me to do and update post in my thread here
)
So yeah: be patient, give it time, pump every day with control, sensitivity and intention!
